1時間目は高校2年生のコミュニケーション英語の授業でした。サイコロの目ごとにテーマを決め、サイコロトークをしました。中高一貫のクラスで2年前にニュージーランドへ修学研修旅行に行っていたこともあり、とても会話が弾んでいました。

Period 1,

They joined English class.

All the Students in this class went to NZ about 2 years ago, so they had a nice chat.

2時間目は校長先生とお話をして、学校から留学生へのプレゼントが渡されました。

Period 2,

They met Mr. Naito, our principal.

Mr. Naito gave them some presents.

3時間目は1時間目と同じ中高一貫の高校2年生のクラスで国語の授業に参加しました。日本のことわざについて、英語で表現が難しい部分も工夫して紹介し、楽しい授業となりました。

Period 3,

They joined Japanese class.

They learned about some Japanese proverbs from our students.

4時間目は中学3年生の社会の授業です。授業では日本の文化を紹介しました。お箸の使い方の実践の際は、留学生が苦労しつつも、本校の生徒のフォローで頑張る様子も見受けられました。

Period 4,

They joined social studies.

In this class, our students showed some Japanese cultures like how to use chopsticks.

5時間目は高校1年生の日本史の授業です。日本の歴史で、文化遺産など世界からも知られている事をクイズ形式で学習しました。教員だけでなく、生徒もスライドでクイズを作成して、留学生に日本の歴史を紹介しました。

Period 5,

They joined Japanese history class.

Not only a teacher but also students made questions by using PC.

They learned about Japan through some quizzes.

6時間目は中学2年生の体育の授業です。男子は卓球、女子はバドミントンとわかれて授業をうけました。留学生も教室での授業とは違った環境で気持ちよく体を動かせたようです。

Period 6,

They joined P.E class.

Boys played table tennis and girls played badminton.

放課後は、書道体験を行いました。書道部の生徒が、留学生一人ひとりの名前に漢字をあてて、練習をしました。最後は、色紙に書いてお土産にしました。

After school,

They practiced writing their names in some kanji, Chinese character.

It seemed difficult for them but Jissen students helped them to write well.
